All our shipments are free in "standard shipping" ... but we select the most convenient Carrier depending on the country of delivery.
The delivery time ranges from 48/72 hours for products in stock and from 3 to 15 days for products available in the distributor's warehouse. For products on request: paintings, portraits, etc. The delivery time varies depending on the volume and style of work to be performed (the delivery time for these products is indicated in the product sheet). Delivery times are always approximate, although in Shoppyart we make every effort to be as punctual as possible. For this we work with transport agencies of recognized prestige and the most effective and serious in e-commerce.
At the time the order is ready for shipment, we will send an e-mail to the email account that you confirmed during the registration process.
From the moment you receive this communication, the order will be delivered to the transport agency within approximately 24 hours for shipment to the delivery address you indicated.
If the package cannot be delivered due to the absence by the recipient, the order will be returned to the warehouses of the transport agency and will be delivered the next day. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the order will be returned to our office. In this case you must contact us so that we can process the expedition again.
Delivery of the package by the carrier
At the time the carrier is ready to deliver the order it is important to verify the condition of the packaging. In the event that you notice any damage or indications that it may have been tampered with, you must indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier and contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours so that we can handle the claim.
